Have you been struggling professionally trying to figure out exactly what it is you are truly here to do? Are you multi-passionate and have more than a few things you would like to do, and you can’t decide which profession would be best for you? Or have you tried a few professions on for size and nothing has worked out quite the way you wanted it too? I would like to walk you through a scenario to see if this resonates with you: There once was a girl who was multi-faceted and had many passions in life, but there was just one passion that she’d had since that never left her. It was horses. She was put on a horse when she was 5 and caught the bug immediately for the gorgeous animals that carried her on their backs. Throughout her young life, she rode sporadically and at 15, she asked for a horse when she was going through a difficult time at school. Her parents bought her a horse and that horse took her away from the fights at school and focused her energy into something pure – looking after her horse. Her father still recalls coming into the barn where she would be talking to the horse as if it were human. What her father didn’t see was that the horse was talking back to her and she UNDERSTOOD what the horse was saying. She took a prestigious job and knew immediately that it was not a fit for her, she was there because her mother wanted her to be what she was – working in the 9-5 in a subservient position. She rebelled and started her journey of trying to find what would work for her. She tried everything she could think of to be successful professionally. The problem was that she knew she was different and didn’t fit in. When she got the opportunity to start her own business – she was scared and tried things she THOUGHT would be popular, but she didn’t excel in those areas. She was Avoiding Showing the World What She Was Really Good at - Horse Communication. She had a unique gift that horses could speak to her, sending her words and images. But she was scared, because she didn’t know how to market herself and more importantly – if she put HER REAL SELF out there – she would be vulnerable and if she failed – then what? Then she thought – nothing else has worked, it’s time to try JUST BEING ME. For the first time ever, she is putting herself out into the World just as she is. She is letting others know what she can do, her love of animals and being open to see where it takes her. She is 100% sure it will work because someone recently told her “The first time I met you, you told me you were an Empath. You ARE an Empath that is WHO YOU ARE, not WHAT you do”. There is a distinct difference between WHO you truly are and WHAT you do. What you do is something you can stop, put down and change, who you are is your soul blueprint and can’t be changed! It is the essence of the one and only you. It takes bravery to put yourself out there, but it’s necessary for people to see the real you. Not following what others do, and showing your uniqueness. Your tribe will find you and love you for you - NOT following the pack. That means you’re a true leader. Now it’s your turn. If you’ve been hiding your gifts and talents, it’s time to show us what you’ve got. You are unique, there is only one of you and this World needs what you have, and we need your gifts because by showing who you are, you are also helping others in ways you can’t image. What are you waiting for? You got this and I believe in you!
